Summerset at Bishopscourt is our Dunedin Village providing care to 42 residents in the Care Centre and residents receiving care in our Serviced Apartments.

We are on the lookout for a Registered Nurse to join our village in a permanent part time capacity. This role will enable us to continue providing top quality services and provide best of life care to our residents.

This position will be working 1 day on and then 5 days off (minimum of 15.5 hours per fortnight), alternating morning and afternoon shifts, with the first option of picking up roster gaps due to planned leave or sickness.

Qualifications:

Our successful applicant will have:

  • A NZ Registration and a current Practicing Certificate
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the New Zealand healthcare environment.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Empathy and a passion for helping and caring for the elderly
  • A team player
  • Honesty and integrity
