Caregiver qualities
Good communicator
You'll have a positive attitude to residents and colleagues from different nationalities and walks of life, and be a great listener and communicator.
Physically fit
You'll be comfortable on your feet all day, and helping residents who are less mobile, for instance, lifting them out of bed and assisting them in the shower.
Task orientated
You'll thrive on routine work, following instructions and performing tasks with a smile, whilst engaging enthusiastically and supportively with colleagues, residents and their families.
Well organised
You'll be happy working to tight timeframes, be an excellent self-manager, be highly effcient and enjoy working to a set routine day in and out.
