We are looking for a Payroll Advisor to join our Wellington Head office. As part of the HRIS and the wider People & Culture team, you will be responsible for the provision of timely, accurate and compliant Payroll services for Summerset, combined with maintaining the data integrity and system configuration of the Human Resource Information System (TechnologyOne). You will ensure that excellent customer service is provided to internal customers and that continual process review is carried out.

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 1 years Payroll, or other relevant experience (recent graduates with the right skills will be considered)
  • Strong numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail / data entry accuracy
  • Strong customer service focus and able to provide a responsive, respectful, patient and empathic service to all internal customers
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to work under pressure in an extremely deadline driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Can work unsupervised and autonomously as needed
