About the Role:
As a Legal Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the accurate and timely processing of sales applications and settlements for the sale of occupation rights at Summerset villages. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Legal Settlements: Maintaining effective communication with lawyers of potential residents, processing applications for occupation right agreements, handling withdrawal requests, and accurately recording deposits
- Systems and Reporting: Ensuring leading practices in managing legal and customer information, maintaining electronic customer files, and updating the database during the settlement process
- Administrative Assistance: Assisting our solicitors and Settlements Manager with legal and administrative tasks
- Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with various stakeholders, including the Legal Team, Sales Managers, Public Trust, Village Managers, and potential residents and their lawyers
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience working in a legal team as a Legal Administrator
- Excellent attention to detail and good interpersonal skills
- A self-starter with a 'can do' attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
