It sounds a bit cliche, but for me no two days are the same and there is always a challenge to overcome.
As stewards of the new village projects, we aren't provided with a road map to success so we have to draw on our skills and experience (and those of our trusted advisers) to navigate through the myriad of hurdles and uncertainty that comes with creating and consenting new retirement villages.
It's really satisfying to see happy and vibrant residents living their lives in the communities that we helped devise.
