Julia says what she loves most about her role at Summerset is that she gets to be onsite with the people she works with, “I’m people-oriented, so being onsite means that I’m able to meet and negotiate with those I work directly with every day” she says.

Being involved with the finances and budget behind the villages is an exciting element to the role as she can see how her work directly impacts the build process.

My role has lots of scope and movement to grow and develop, with opportunities available to move across different sites around New Zealand, and even to Australia!
